to 2242bzo: I agree with you….but…you bring up a very interesting point…..”trip wires & loaded crossbows”. There was a landmark case (many years ago in the USA) concerning a farmer who was fed up having his barn broken into all the time. He rigged up a double barreled shotgun in the barn with some type of trip wire or trigger device. It seriously injured a robber. The robber ended up sueing the farmer for everything he had. The courts ruled against the farmer

@inkey2 Right. Warning signs are needed and only for conventional defense, such as guard dogs or electrified fences, and shit like that.
