So it’s not cameras in the tending home, it’s in the kitchen. Yes it is legal, there is no expectation of privacy.

As long as they’re not in restrooms or locker rooms, and the installer has the permission of the home’s owner, yes.

And how in the world can minors work in a tending home unsupervised? I thought it was law that you had to be 18 to work there, and if minor, you had to be supervised by an adult at all times??
